Rodolfo recently purchased a home in the historic section of Pasadena. The home had many
positive attributes, including classic Craftsman architecture, and best of all, its highly desirable
location. On the downside, it suffered from deferred interior maintenance. We were there to
help Rodolfo with a complete interior renovation, which included new drywall throughout, new
paint, beautiful light hardwood flooring throughout, custom cabinetry, French doors, all-new
kitchen with granite countertops, and fully appointed new bathrooms, which include custom
tile, frameless showers and jacuzzi tub.
